Deposit Policy

To reserve your puppy, we require a $250.00 deposit. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

When we accept a deposit, we officially take that puppy off the market and turn away other eager families. Last-minute cancellations leave us with available puppies and missed opportunities with great buyers.

• Exception to the Policy: If you must cancel and we are able to immediately place your reserved puppy with another buyer from our waiting list, we will gladly refund your deposit in full.
